- Stay up-to-date with evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices in case management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- CCM certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices
