Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team at Red Architecture, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Analyze and develop approaches to facilitate the creation and modification of architectural documents, ensuring the incorporation of design intent.
  • Technical Documentation: Understand and translate design intent into technical documents, adhering to quality assurance/quality control and Best Practice Standards.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure that documentation for all project phases conforms to established standards, applying proper quality assurance/quality control protocols.
  • Communication: Foster a commitment to external and internal client service, facilitating internal and external communications.
  • Team Management: Mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff, participating in professional development reviews.
  • Project Administration: Track all project data in electronic files, plan work and scheduling processes, and perform surveys/premises assessments.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in architectural technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required.
  • Skills: Enthusiastic team player, productive self-driven professional, great time management skills, and ability to function in an office environment with extended periods of computer use.
  • Travel: May require travel and overnight visits, and must be able to climb ladders.
  • Overtime: Overtime may be required.
