Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architect to oversee Architecture and Design Management for significant P&G Building initiatives across the Americas. This role involves the renovation, construction, and development of sustainable P&G facilities that embody our Employee Value Equation through innovative workplace experiences. You will report to the P&G Global Architect and be part of GBS (Global Business Services) Digital Workplace & Facility Services, a team of around 300 professionals dedicated to supporting P&G Facilities, Real Estate, and IT solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership & Design Management:

Lead both internal and external design teams for a comprehensive Building Program that includes multiple sub-projects, encompassing new constructions and renovations. You will be accountable for effectively managing the various phases of the design process, including feasibility studies, design briefs, basis of design, detailed design, bidding, execution, shop drawing reviews, permitting, and project closeout.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate design alignment with multifunctional stakeholders and management teams. Clearly articulate the design process, milestones, and necessary decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining effective design communication.

Construction Oversight:

As the owner Architect, ensure that construction aligns with design intent. Monitor on-site progress, provide design input to construction partners, and guide design partners throughout the process.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Architecture; experience in corporate interiors is advantageous.

- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in design management for building projects, covering all phases of the design process across various building and technical disciplines.

- Ability to grasp fundamental technical concepts in Building Technical design, including Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Protection.

- Competence in integrating design management with project management, requiring knowledge of processes and systems such as scheduling, cost control, quality, and safety.

- Skill in translating complex business objectives into architectural design briefs for capital projects and simplifying intricate situations into actionable steps for building projects.

- Proven communication and influencing abilities to facilitate effective decision-making with senior management.

- Experience managing multiple external partners for design projects.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $100,000 - $143,000

Compensation at P&G varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to office location, role, credentials, relevant skills, and experience level. Total rewards at P&G include salary, bonuses (if applicable), and benefits.
