We are currently in search of a Senior Project Manager to oversee and guide our team in the execution of various municipal projects, including roadway, underground utilities, drainage, and site development plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and manage project managers and technical personnel on municipal initiatives.
  • Act as the organization's representative on advanced projects and programs.
  • Facilitate effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive business development efforts in collaboration with the management team.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent while setting clear expectations and managing performance.
  • Ensure project execution consistency and excellence, achieving optimal financial outcomes for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and team assignments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is mandatory.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong existing client relationships in the region are preferred.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and professional integrity.
