Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage the company's budget, including the preparation of the annual budget.
- Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
- Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
- Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
- Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and present findings to upper management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor spending and make recommendations for cost control measures.
- Track cash flow and maintain ledger records.
- Work closely with the treasury team to manage company funds and forecast future financial scenarios.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Provide detailed reports about company expenses and develop strategies to minimize costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a budgeting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in budget development, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Exceptional knowledge of budget forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
- Deep understanding of ledger management and treasury operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
