Senior Financial Analyst Role

ScionHealth Corporate Support Center is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive business development and financial analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage targets, tracking, and reporting to support business growth.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and budget/targets, and prior periods to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and maintain standardized reporting across multiple applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and distribute tools and analyses to advance operational initiatives and drive informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly operating review presentations, as well as the annual budget presentation to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Managed Care teams to prepare outward-facing presentations and facilitate communication between executive leadership and field operations.
  • Work on special projects as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years in related analytics or business field; management experience preferred.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).
  • Accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and reporting packages a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau a plus.
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus.
