We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing credit risk, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of department budget information reports, and providing technical support to Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly analytics to explain actual vs. projected expenses
  • Complete monthly payments and accrual entries
  • Provide quality and timely technical support work for Sales and Marketing
  • Handle general ledger analysis, queries, and related needs
  • Complete key performance indicator reports
  • Assist with review of sales and marketing cost center allocations
  • Provide technical support for the budget system
  • Assist with budget and expense reforecasts
  • Assist with monthly 'actual vs. budget' variance analysis
  • Provide technical assistance for budget and actual headcount reports
