Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at MBA Benefit Administrators, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients and staff, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems and procedures
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
