Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients with a wide range of cardiopulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the respiratory status of assigned patients through physical examination, review of medical history, and response to ordered therapies.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Perform respiratory care procedures, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy.
  • Evaluate and monitor patient response to interventions, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • 1+ year of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
