Configuration Specialist

About the Role:

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Configuration Analyst to join our team for a temporary Remote position. As a Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Facets software configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and technical knowledge of systems to design and configure Facets software.
• Work under the supervision of others to perform routine to moderately complex assignments using relational databases and SQL scripting.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare, with a thorough understanding of claims processing and billing.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to run basic queries and reports.
• Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs.
