Drive Revenue Growth with Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team and drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, branding, consulting, design or media, with a focus on digital marketing. You will have 8+ years of experience in successful pipeline and net new business development, with a reputation for being able to quickly decode marketing challenges and identify creative solutions and opportunities.

This is a dynamic role that requires building trusted relationships with senior-level professionals at leading brands. You will have a deep understanding of the advertising, marketing and media landscape and be familiar with innovative promotions and campaigns in the social and influencer space.

We offer a competitive compensation package of $180-$200k base salary, with an attractive performance-based incentive package. Additionally, you will receive healthcare, dental and vision benefits, technology package, and 401K plan.
