About the Role

As a Growth Strategist at Traba, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, partnership development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing growth strategies for entire states, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including warehouse managers, distribution center leaders, and manufacturing facility directors.
  • Communicating Traba's value proposition to potential partners, highlighting our unique strengths and benefits.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Developing and executing plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives forward.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, working at a startup, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
