Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a skilled Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in scheduling service repairs and dispatching field service technicians to customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians based on location, skill level, and facility response guidelines.
- Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion.
- Receive service requests from customers and coworkers, entering information into the computer and assisting with paperwork and reports.
- May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordinating services with outside vendors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Leadership skills, technical experience, and knowledge a plus.
- Ability to multitask.
Work Authorization:
Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
