Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the property operations team at CloudTen Residential, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our multifamily properties. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize the risk of equipment failure and reduce maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and assign work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that all purchases and expenditures are approved and justified.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory control, and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and conferences as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resident retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to multiple properties as needed.
