What You'll Be Doing as a Facility Maintenance Associate:

- Primarily responsible for the routine cleaning of designated areas within the facility.

- Conducts cleaning and light housekeeping tasks across production areas, office spaces, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, reception areas, and lunchrooms.

- Replenishes supplies as needed.

- Monitors the overall condition of the facility.

- Identifies maintenance and repair needs.

- Maintains a tidy and organized work environment.

- Adheres to all safety and cleaning protocols, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience You'll Need as a Facility Maintenance Associate:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is strongly preferred.

- Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

- Physical agility with the capability to work primarily on foot.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Effective communication skills with supervisors and colleagues.

- A willingness to learn and share innovative ideas.

- Strong work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, and positive attitude focused on continuous improvement.

Physical Demands for a Facility Maintenance Associate:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand or sit; manipulate objects, tools, and controls; walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

May be required to lift up to 35 lbs. and lift more than 35 lbs. with assistance.

Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to focus, and the ability to distinguish colors.

The employee will work near and/or with moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
