Project Self-Sufficiency is seeking a Program Director to coordinate all aspects of the Smart Parents, Smart Communities program. This full-time position oversees the day-to-day activities, including recruitment of participants, marketing, and facilitating the evidence-based Triple P curriculum.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative aspects of the program, including staffing, training, service delivery, and reporting.
  • Participate in and coordinate ongoing recruitment and outreach of program participants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting regarding program participants and outcomes.
  • Provide evidence-based parenting services and support in the community via multiple formats.
  • Develop relationships with community organizations, parenting and early childhood system agencies/entities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, child development/early childhood education or related field.
  • Experience in facilitating program curriculum to adults in a group setting.
  • Proficiency with technology, familiarity with database and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to work with families of various backgrounds and cultures, demonstrating cultural responsiveness.
  • Working knowledge of local resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and formal presentation.
  • A desire to contribute to a place and professional which values collaboration, diversity, growth, and respect for all people.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with previous non-profit management experience and qualifications.
