We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Programs to join our team at Spoonfuls Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic program operations at Spoonfuls, driving growth, and scaling our existing core food recovery program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale the organization's existing core food recovery program, identifying new opportunities that advance our mission.
  • Develop and implement strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure continued growth, stability, and solvency of the department.
  • Lead change management efforts across the program team, ensuring smooth transitions when project goals and outcomes impact program processes, systems, or teams.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of both short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of leadership and team management experience, with a track record of leading or managing programmatic growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic leadership, change management, people management skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skill in change management, strategic thinking, management and coaching, budgeting and fiscal responsibility, and holding others and self accountable.

  • Full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
