About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Children's Music Program Director to join our team at JCC Greater Boston. As a key leader in our summer day camp program, you will oversee the development and implementation of music programs for children entering grades K - 3, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience for all participants.

About the Role:

  • Develop and lead music programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Supervise and support other instructors and camp staff to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for campers.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging children to explore their musical talents.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; college degree or concentration in music education preferred.
  • At least one season of experience teaching music classes to children.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and colleagues.

Compensation:
