Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Administration: Create and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and precise manner.
  • Payment Handling: Manage incoming payments by documenting transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Account Balancing: Consistently reconcile accounts to guarantee accurate reporting and ledger upkeep.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients through various communication channels to follow up on pending invoices and address any payment concerns.
  • Transaction Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of all receivable transactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to client accounts or billing.
  • Delinquency Reports: Prepare and assess delinquency reports to pinpoint overdue accounts and take necessary actions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
  • Audit Assistance: Support audit processes by providing essential documentation and clarifications.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline efficiency and accuracy in the receivables process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a comparable position.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in managing financial information.
  • Analytical Abilities: Capability to analyze financial data and produce reports.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team and across various departments.
Working Conditions:
  • This role is typically performed in an office setting.
  • May require occasional overtime during busy periods.
