Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of employees to ensure efficient restaurant operation, adhering to company policy and state and federal labor laws.
  • Supervise subordinate staff to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and equipment maintenance.
  • Implement and execute financial controls to ensure accountability of company funds and supplies.
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints in a tactful manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Appraise performance of subordinates and provide timely feedback to ensure job performance is recognized.
  • Prepare projections of future sales and expenses to establish realistic profit objectives.
  • Exercise sound managerial judgment and decision-making in employee relations and personnel actions.
  • Train and develop Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees in management skills and technical knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to work a 50+ hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively with the general public, business, and community organizations to develop and improve public relations.
