Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with staff to review expectations and discuss any issues.
- Ensure that all restaurant operations are conducted in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management
- Supervise and train front and back-of-house staff to ensure that they are meeting company standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Make recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory and Cost Control
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that they are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and minimize losses.
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a restaurant setting.
- ServeSafe Certified.
- Basic understanding of the Microsoft suite of programs, Brink POS (preferred).
- English, Basic Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Full Time, In-Person.
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Starting at $60,000 annually depending on experience, plus bonus.
