Executive Assistant to Credit Team

A leading Private Equity firm based in NYC is seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Credit Team. The ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who is willing to go above and beyond on all tasks.

The Credit Team is a friendly, warm, and supportive group of 18 professionals, with 3-4 key team members at the VP level. The team thrives in a fast-paced environment and is seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, dynamic, and collaborative firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
  • Arranging global and domestic travel
  • Tracking and submitting expense reports
  • Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $100-110k, plus OT and disc. Bonus, in a hybrid work environment with flexible hours and a collaborative team culture.
