Executive Assistant to Credit Team

A leading Private Equity firm based in NYC is seeking a dedicated, organized, and experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing Credit Team. The ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who is willing to go above and beyond on all tasks. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience supporting a large team, and is seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, dynamic, and collaborative firm.

In this role, you will support a team of 18 professionals with a priority on assisting 3-4 key team members at the VP level. The team is friendly, warm, supportive, and hardworking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
  • Arrange global and domestic travel
  • Track and submit expense reports
  • Assist with presentations and meeting preparations
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Know how to execute, pivot, and multitask quickly
  • Flexible attitude and ability to get along well with different personalities
