Role Responsibilities:
As a Program Coordinator, you will collaborate with a team to deliver comprehensive project management services to our clients. Your role will encompass project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for various initiatives. You will also assist clients in adopting effective practices, processes, and tools related to agile project management and governance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Project Sponsors and stakeholders on intricate enterprise IT initiatives to define objectives, roadmaps, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assessing business requirements, evaluating operational impacts, and recommending policy adjustments to ensure compliance.
  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation through to closure.
  • Documenting current environments, including stakeholder analysis and business processes.
  • Providing solutions to complex business challenges through technical guidance.
  • Implementing change management strategies to facilitate transitions.
  • Enhancing business processes in alignment with technological advancements.
  • Facilitating requirements gathering with subject matter experts.
  • Creating essential project management documentation.
  • Coordinating procurement efforts for necessary products and services.
  • Managing vendor contracts to ensure compliance with project deliverables.
  • Leading project teams through all phases of system development.
  • Developing timely project management deliverables in accordance with client standards.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders, including governance committees.
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues to mitigate impacts.
  • Supporting portfolio management activities and processes.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of program roadmaps and business process models.
  • Adhering to management plans and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Applying project management best practices in line with recognized standards.
  • Facilitating Scrum processes and acting as a Scrum Master.
  • Providing coaching and support to the project team to enhance performance.
  • Maintaining a productive team environment focused on achieving project goals.

Required Qualifications:

  1. At least five years of progressive project management experience in large-scale enterprise IT projects within the last decade.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in organizational change management and business process improvement initiatives.
  3. At least two years of experience managing large-scale projects using various methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a Higher Education setting within the last decade.
  2. Involvement in projects related to cloud migrations or specific platforms.
  3. Possession of a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum Master certification.
  4. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Teams Planner or ServiceNow.
