As a Lil' Kickers Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging recreational services for children aged 18 months to 12 years. This position requires creating a safe, enjoyable, and structured atmosphere for participants while overseeing all aspects of the Lil' Kickers programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome participants and their families, ensuring a friendly environment.
- Clearly communicate program rules and guidelines to both children and parents.
- Address all customer service inquiries related to the program.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols for all participants.
- Supervise and organize the coaching staff on a weekly basis.
- Support coaches in their training throughout the seasons.
- Implement and distribute marketing initiatives for each session.
Qualifications:
- Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic.
- Experience in coaching is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in Early Childhood Education is a plus, though not required.
- Effective communication skills with both supervisors and customers.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
