Job Overview

As a Lil' Kickers Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging recreational services for children aged 18 months to 12 years. This position requires creating a safe, enjoyable, and structured atmosphere for participants while overseeing all aspects of the Lil' Kickers programming.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome participants and their families, ensuring a friendly environment.
  • Clearly communicate program rules and guidelines to both children and parents.
  • Address all customer service inquiries related to the program.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols for all participants.
  • Supervise and organize the coaching staff on a weekly basis.
  • Support coaches in their training throughout the seasons.
  • Implement and distribute marketing initiatives for each session.

Qualifications:
  • Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic.
  • Experience in coaching is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Background in Early Childhood Education is a plus, though not required.
  • Effective communication skills with both supervisors and customers.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Availability to work weekends is essential.
