**Job Description:***
This part-time HR Consultant role will support the growth and scaling of our client's organization by enhancing HR operations, including benefits administration, HRIS, and employee relations. As a key member of our team, you will implement HRIS and new benefits systems, manage employee relations and wellness programs, support the development of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:***
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and benefits platforms
- Experience implementing benefit plans and new HR systems
- Strong alignment with DEIA values and mission-driven work
- Bachelor's degree preferred, SHRM or similar HR certification a plus
The salary for this position is estimated at $32-$40 per hour based on industry standards and location.
