Job Overview

Lindholm & Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of Federal Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Federal HR Staffing Specialist to join our team in supporting the determination of qualified and eligible applicants for agency positions based on a variety of tools and evaluation criteria.

The successful candidate will apply the full range of Federal HR Staffing skills, including staffing needs analysis, qualification adjudication, and maintenance of applicant registers and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum three years' experience as a Federal HR Specialist.
  • Delegated Examining (DEU) certification or prior certification.
  • Active security clearance (MRPT or Secret Clearance preferred).
  • Experience with USA Staffing and/or Monster Government Solutions' Hiring Management system.
  • Proficiency in federal hiring practices, preparation of certificate of eligibles, and creation of vacancy announcements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
