Job Overview: As an HR Policy Implementation Specialist at Lindholm & Associates, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting human capital initiatives and implementing HR policies across various federal agencies and private sector companies. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years' experience as a Federal ER/LR Specialist, with a strong understanding of ER organizational structures and the ability to make recommendations for implementing HR policy and functional changes. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct assessments of ER organizational structures and make recommendations for improvement.
