Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at IFG, a full-service engineering, procurement, and construction firm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including drafting correspondences, planning and scheduling appointments, and developing organized filing systems. Additionally, they will assist with event planning, document drafting, and office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and appointments
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team and clients
  • Assist with marketing and research initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - Japanese and English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Previous experience in administrative support or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
