Role & Team Dynamics:
As the Vice President of Subscription Sales for New Business, you will oversee our B2B research subscriptions on a global scale and directly lead a team of sales leaders, including those in international markets across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This results-oriented leader will be responsible for team structure, territory design, sales processes, pipeline generation, new business KPIs, fostering a coaching-centric culture, and other strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition. We seek a visionary leader who can craft a strategy, instill a growth-oriented culture, and execute it with robust operational capabilities. This position is crucial for the ongoing rapid expansion of EMARKETER.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan and long-term vision to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
- Align the sales organization’s objectives with the overall business strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting.
- Meet assigned targets for bookings and other key financial performance metrics.
- Equip the sales team with the necessary processes, skills, and knowledge to consistently exceed opportunity creation targets.
- Ensure effective sales organization design, including job roles, channel design, and resource deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment with key priorities and objectives.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and HR to lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales leadership team focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of achieving B2B new business quotas.
- Experience in rapidly scaling sales within B2B subscription/SaaS environments.
- Sales experience in the research industry and/or professional services, with a focus on advertising and ecommerce being advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing sales activities.
- Expertise in progressive B2B sales practices and talent management.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $150,000-$200,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
