Position Overview:
As an Airport Lounge Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of food services within airport lounges. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage staff effectively and ensure a high level of service is maintained for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise food service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks to team members as directed by management.
  • Conduct training and orientation for new employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Engage with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry standards.
  • Report any incidents or safety concerns promptly to management.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Visual acuity for close and distance tasks.

Working Environment:
  • Primarily indoor settings with occasional outdoor supervision.
  • Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud.
