Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, exceeding their expectations in terms of food, beverage, and overall experience.
  • Present menus, serve food and beverages, and make recommendations to customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen, accept payment, and operate the cash register, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, and assist in clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • May carve meat, fish, or poultry, prepare flaming dishes and desserts, and assist with stocking food inventory, as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of related experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions

This role is based in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with varying schedules to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
