Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative ISR to join our team at Precoa. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for setting quality appointments with industry professionals to share the importance of preplanning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and build value with potential clients.
- Overcome objections and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Manage warm leads efficiently using our CRM system.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and common sense in all interactions.
- A strong desire to help and serve others is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Be comfortable having sensitive conversations with individuals who have experienced loss.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Basic PC operations and software knowledge required.
- Effective typing skills to input notes into our CRM system.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or higher required.
