Sales Territory Development Representative

The Sales Territory Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering exceptional customer relationships and consistently exceeding their expectations. Operating in a highly competitive environment, this individual must strike a balance between delivering outstanding customer service and achieving individual sales targets.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver products and services to various clients, adhering to daily preventative maintenance schedules and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Independently manage daily routes to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, loading/unloading products according to company policies and guidelines.
- Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to overall route growth, enhancing profitability through the development of leads and prospects.
- Assist the sales organization in procuring new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods, effectively communicating these to customers.
- Maintain a proactive approach to addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- A minimum of 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
- Proven customer service experience with consistent client interaction.
- Strong mathematical and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated experience in selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think critically to resolve customer concerns.
This position requires working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, and involves irregular hours in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands include lifting and maneuvering up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lifting 50+ pounds, as well as bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.
