We are seeking a highly skilled Results-Oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Precoa. This role is based in Utah and offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial part in helping our company grow by driving new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to set quality appointments with industry professionals to share the importance of preplanning. You will also be responsible for overcoming objections and building value in appointments with warmth and empathy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to set quality appointments for industry professionals to share the importance of preplanning
  • Overcome objections and build value in appointments with warmth and empathy
  • Efficiently manage warm leads presented through a CRM system

Competencies and Skills Needed:

  • Demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy on the phone and with colleagues
  • A strong desire to help and serve others
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Be comfortable having sensitive conversations with individuals who have recently lost a loved one
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to make phone calls for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of basic PC operations and software
  • Ability to type notes into a CRM effectively
  • Ability to work any designated day shift (Monday-Thursday) and half-day Fridays

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1-3+ years of sales experience
  • High School diploma/GED or higher
