Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual to fill the role of Outside Sales - Regional B2B representative. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to boost sales and enhance profitability by nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new customers within a designated area.

This role demands innovative thinking and a proactive approach to engage potential clients and expand business with current customers. Ideal candidates will be energetic, independent problem solvers capable of addressing customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance profitability through product promotion, technical assistance, and training for both new and returning clients.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster sales growth.
  • Offer expert advice to help clients realize their project visions.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct outreach to potential and existing customers to market the company's offerings.
  • Assess the technical and business needs of prospective clients.
  • Provide feedback on purchasing related to inventory, surplus stock, and product evaluations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure favorable profit margins while ensuring the company's financial health.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and maintain strong relationships.
  • Facilitate open communication among all sales personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in outside sales and demonstrate a successful history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, coupled with a strong work ethic. Essential skills include organization, time management, self-motivation, and a drive for success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Commission-based earnings potential ranging from $72,000 to $150,000 annually.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Guaranteed base salary during training to build a customer base before transitioning to a commission-only compensation model.
