The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and self-driven individual to fill the role of Outside Sales - Regional B2B representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance profitability by promoting our product offerings, delivering technical support, and conducting training sessions for both new and returning customers.
  • Identify, generate, and pursue new customer leads.
  • Foster relationships with current clients to drive sales growth.
  • Provide expert advice to assist customers in realizing their visions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to market the company's products and services.
  • Monitor the technical and business objectives of prospective clients.
  • Offer purchasing insights related to inventory levels, obsolete stock, and new product assessments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product lines.
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve acceptable profit margins, thereby enhancing the company's financial health.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is upheld.
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Report customer issues to the Branch Manager promptly and provide support to resolve complaints while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Maintain open communication channels among all sales personnel.

Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will possess a strong interest in outside sales and demonstrate a history of surpassing sales goals, backed by a strong work ethic. Essential skills include organization, time management, self-motivation, and a drive for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Commission-based compensation structure with earning potential ranging from $72,000 to $150,000 annually.

  • Guaranteed base salary for the first six months during training and business development before transitioning to a commission-only compensation model.
