Position Overview:

As a Regional Service Operations Manager at Benco Dental, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, upkeep, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental, radiographic, and related equipment for our clientele in your designated area.

Your role is crucial in ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards, while guaranteeing that all tasks are executed punctually and within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, assess, and enhance the performance of regional service and installation technicians
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet labor sales objectives
  • Ensure Service Technicians comply with time and attendance protocols while managing their assigned work
  • Hold Service Technicians accountable for their duties
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with all regional personnel
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Business or Biomedical Technology
  • Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in a Service-Oriented Industry
  • Prior Management Experience Required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform routine walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting
  • Frequent lifting of weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds
  • Capability to work in confined spaces
  • Regular travel to customer locations and occasional use of power tools
