Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and self-driven individual to fill the role of Outside Sales - Regional B2B representative. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to drive sales growth and enhance company profitability by nurturing existing customer relationships and attracting new clients within a designated territory.
This role demands innovative thinking and a proactive approach to customer engagement, requiring candidates to be energetic and capable of addressing customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance profitability through product promotion, technical support, and training for both new and returning customers.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients to stimulate sales growth.
- Offer expert advice to assist customers in realizing their project visions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct outreach to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Monitor and understand the technical and business needs of prospective clients.
- Provide feedback on purchasing trends related to inventory and product evaluations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
- Negotiate effectively to secure favorable profit margins while ensuring the company's financial health.
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Report customer concerns to the Branch Manager promptly and assist in resolving issues while maintaining strong relationships.
- Maintain consistent communication with all sales personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in outside sales, demonstrating a proven history of surpassing sales goals and targets, coupled with a strong work ethic. Essential skills include organization, time management, self-motivation, and a drive for success.
Compensation and Benefits
- Commission-based compensation with potential earnings ranging from $72,000 to $150,000 annually.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Guaranteed base salary for the initial training period while establishing a customer base before transitioning to a commission-only model.
