Compensation:

$70,000 plus performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, qualification assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and follow-up for the direct hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring and branch managers to develop and enhance a recruitment strategy for mortgage professionals, including loan officers, processors, and underwriters.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of relationships with top talent and keep in touch with passive candidates who may be suitable for future opportunities.
  • Document thorough and precise communication records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Leverage the Business Intelligence and Recruiting tools provided to build a candidate pipeline, engage swiftly, and connect with potential hires.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services sectors.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Current knowledge of human resource policies, recruitment best practices, and EEO and affirmative action guidelines.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
  • Proficient with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
