Job Overview

BCforward is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and effectiveness of our change management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the impact, cost-benefit, and risk of proposed changes
  • Coordinate the change planning and implementation process
  • Manage the implementation of end-to-end large-scale application changes
  • Maintain continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams
  • Consult on large-scale and complex change management programs across the organization

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with department-specific systems
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
