Job Summary

The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for driving comprehensive change across the organization to ensure compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requirements.

This includes changes to apprenticeship, payroll, human resources, training, and labor policies, as well as operational business practices, software, and technology platforms.

This role reports directly to company leadership and is responsible for influencing senior leaders to identify and manage risks and drive change.

Essential Functions
  • Identify and schedule program deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and third-party contractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
  • Implement project governance and change control processes to maintain project integrity and alignment with business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible project and/or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of successfully managing complex and risky projects that include business change.
  • Business Unit-facing experience with sensitivity and commitment to business problem-solving.
Skills
  • Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of how to drive change for compliance-based projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE, ITIL).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Natural ability to communicate complex issues to non-specialists, manage through influence, and get things done with and through people in a direct, fair, success-oriented way.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to quickly prioritize while managing parallel projects.
