Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead capture teams to develop and submit winning proposals to secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to proposal managers to ensure high-quality proposal submissions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the Facility Maintenance and Management services arena.
  • Experience in leading captures and proposals, with a strong understanding of the services sector.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
