Job Description

Metal Finisher- Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize facility machinery and equipment to fabricate and finish metal product components, adhering to production requirements.

- Operate hands-on equipment such as sand blasters, vibratory finishers, drill presses, band saws, hand tools, pneumatic, and electrical tools, conducting daily maintenance and inspections.

- Perform paint booth operations (HVLP), including prepping and spraying products, cleaning, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with other manufacturing support areas to coordinate activities, perform assembly operations, and meet individual production requirements.

- Conduct independent inspections of work areas and supplies, communicating needs and concerns promptly.

- Adhere to safety procedures and practices as required by Liberty Art Works, as well as local and federal rules and regulations.

Requirements:

- One year of experience in metal finishing or equivalent technical educational background.

- General knowledge of metalworking machinery and tools.

- Past welding experience, preferably TIG.

- Ability to perform a combination of standing, sitting, and lifting for 8 hours a day, with manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.

- Self-awareness and ability to work independently at a productive pace, maintaining attention to detail.
