Product Quality Manager

At Precoat Metals, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the highest standards in the coil coatings industry. We are seeking a skilled Product Quality Manager to join our team and elevate our quality program to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance Program Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate the quality assurance program to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Vendor Management: Gather information on pre-treatment and coating material conformance, participate in vendor reviews, and initiate corrective action requests.
- Quality Audits: Host and coordinate all quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Corrective Action Requests: Develop and approve responses to customer and internal corrective action requests, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Statistical Analysis: Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
- Training and Development: Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Education: BS degree in Quality Control/Process Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of training and experience in Quality Control/Process Engineering.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and internal ISO experience.
