KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Portfolio Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, research, and uphold portfolio-aligned roadmaps that encompass product selection, version control, upgrades, projects, and key milestones.

- Collaborate with organizational leaders to synchronize technology strategies that are essential for the successful execution of the firm's strategic initiatives while balancing the portfolio's evolutionary requirements.

- Drive organizational transformation by establishing technical strategies that aim to reduce costs, enhance efficiencies, deliver greater value and capabilities, mitigate risks, and bolster security; assist in developing reference architecture and strategic technology patterns.

- Share best practices through presentations and written content aimed at educating stakeholders about established standards and strategies; facilitate the resolution of technology decisions and support plans for technological enhancements at KPMG.

- Evaluate firmwide strategies and business needs to identify appropriate software, integration technologies, system architectures, and methodologies that align with business objectives; assess the necessity for singular solutions or a comprehensive evaluation of multiple options through research and testing.

- Provide architectural guidance, including the documentation and visualization of logical, physical, and process perspectives across various technology domains; work alongside project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions by offering necessary support to application, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of relevant IT architecture experience supporting a SaaS and platform-centric strategy and implementation cycle, with the ability to integrate within an enterprise context.

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of extending strategic platforms and leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities to deliver superior desktop and mobile experiences, including mobile technologies and architectural options such as Native, Hybrid, and Web, along with best practices for authentication, Single Sign-On, data handling, and user experience.

- Comprehensive understanding of cloud, SaaS, and data center architecture, including integration capabilities; familiarity with significant marketplace offerings and their corresponding capabilities; experience in deploying solutions on web and managed mobile platforms.

- Proficient in developing and delivering presentations, effectively communicating ideas and proposals to various levels of management and technical audiences; capable of articulating business value and KPMG's Salesforce strategy to the broader business and member firms globally; adept in developing presentations and conveying ideas to diverse audiences; knowledge of ServiceNow GRC or similar tools is preferred; extensive understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and Microservices best practices, as well as Enterprise Service Bus platforms.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer-focused and team-oriented environment; ability to set objectives and engage in strategic initiatives for team development while fostering high-performance team dynamics and engaging with all organizational levels; capacity to contribute to resource planning and influence organizational priorities.
