Position Summary:
As a vital member of our team at A&D Mortgage LLC, the Junior Servicing Specialist plays a crucial role in the Loan Servicing department. Under the guidance of the Loan Servicing Manager, this position is responsible for executing a range of loan servicing tasks related to Commercial, Real Estate, and consumer loans.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input and verify loan information across all loan types.
2. Manage and confirm escrow details, including but not limited to PMI, insurance (hazard, flood, Master (Condo/Association)), and various taxes (county, city, mud, school, etc.).
3. Conduct thorough escrow analysis to validate payment information.
4. Verify flood certificate data to ensure compliance.
5. Input and confirm Legal Descriptions for accuracy.
6. Review adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs) and other specialized loan structures.
7. Generate and upload necessary loan documentation into the system.
8. Perform diligent research and follow-up on unresolved issues.
9. Participate in cross-training for all loan boarding responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
