We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Billing to support our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing and payments using QuickBooks
- Post payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist in scheduling jobs using Google Calendar
- Perform various administrative tasks to drive company success
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
