About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Client Service Associate to join our team at Hightower Advisors. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process paperwork for client transactions, including opening new accounts, closing accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, address changes, and communicating the status of transactions to clients and advisors.
  • Provide ongoing client account maintenance, including all money requests, checks, wires, ACHs, regular periodic transfers, transfer of securities amongst accounts, special accounts, and ongoing special client instructions.
  • Work with partners and team members to respond to client requests and provide support for advisors by answering phones and responding to client requests.
  • Oversight of client onboarding process from start to finish, including preparation of documentation establishing accounts, funding, and getting clients fully invested.
  • Outreach to clients to express firm services, including their digital experience, and use CRM platform to manage and document all workflows.
  • Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure the client's needs are represented in firm projects.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building, curiosity about people and their behaviors, and a natural desire to be a problem solver.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a day and set expectations with others.
  • 5+ years of experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe, with experience in Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce preferred) and custodian platform (Schwab preferred).
  • FINRA Securities licenses a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related experience.
