Position Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated and licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors and patients with intricate health requirements. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, with the potential to exceed $130,000 through our performance-based incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and managing patient health needs.
  • Diagnose and treat chronic conditions and urgent health issues, including minor injuries.
  • Order and analyze laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
  • Provide referrals to specialists when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
  • Current National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
  • Valid DEA license.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities and accountability for daily workflow.
  • Proficient in the use of medical instruments and technology.
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activities, including lifting and prolonged standing.
